I have suffered of late from what seems to me to be the slowest most annoying computer ever. The man I was talking to was my friend Brian who is a total computer geek. I told Bryan of the issue and asked for his help picking a new computer. Bryan took a while to ponder my issue and while rubbing his bushy white beard said calmly “You don’t need another computer”. I explained once more to Bryan who annoyed I was with my computer in fact I was so annoyed I thought about running it over with my car. In fact I was a little mad with Bryan for not recognizing my pain. However Bryan did go on to explain further and said “It seems to me your issue is with Windows registry errors”. I guess what Bryan said would make sense to most computer guys but to me it was gobbledygook what Bryan said makes sense to computer savvy guys but to me it was like another language. Not wanting to appear stupid I decided to carry on as if I understood him “I see” I replied. At this point Bryan had clearly noticed from the spaced out look in my eyes that I really had no idea what he was talking about. He took out a pen and paper and scribbled upon it the name of a web site fix-this-computer. He then went on to explain that I should visit this site and look under the fix windows registry errors section and from this I should select an option for a free registry scan which would identify and registry errors present on my computer and after this would give me the option to repair them. I followed Bryan’s instructions to the letter and now my computer runs very well indeed.

If you have ever been on a website where you could listen to some form of music or watch a video then you have undoubtedly visited a site that utilizes a popular form of multimedia interaction known as flash. These types of sites are becoming more and more popular. Website designers and creators are starting to recognize that a more interactive undertone must be used in order to keep website traffic up. However, interactive sites are not the sole ones benefiting from this type of design.

While it was somewhat problematic in the beginning because of broadcast regulations, radio stations have now begun to break free of the legal red tape and are now allowed to stream their broadcast over the Internet at their station’s website. Online movie rental companies have also benefited from the attractions of web design using flash. One particular company’s website allows members to watch a selected group of movies free of charge. This feature has been the determining factor in many people selecting this online movie rental company instead of the others.

In retrospect, it is very difficult to think of a website that could not benefit from a flash design. No longer is interactive audio and video solely for the MySpace and YouTube’s in this world. The simple truth is that it really does not mater what kind of website it is, the benefits of flash can make any site more interesting and capable of generating increased traffic. As long as traffic remains the driving force of any website, then it is a beneficial thing indeed. If your business relies on the internet, you may want to think about contracting a website design company and get onboard with flash applications.
